Job Functions

  • Provide credit card processing and payments solutions to restaurants/retail merchants by offering real savings through state of the art processing systems.
  • Develop strategic action plans to manage your territory and reach company/individual sales goals.
  • Self-source your own leads through a combination of cold calling (phone and in-person) and networking.
  • Establish relationships with decision makers; retail managers and owners.
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities and develop a strategy for closing new restaurant partner accounts.
  • Use a consultative sales approach, seek to understand potential partner’s needs and present solutions that will help their business.
  • Utilize CRM System to forecast sales pipeline, maintain a record of all conversations, activities and opportunities.
  • Source and collect Credit card processing statements from new and existing partners as part of a consultative processing solution.
  • Qualify partners for processing solutions and be able to take them full cycle through the sale from first touch through activation.

  • Enhanced Sales Compensation includes base salary + commission: $50,000 annual starting base salary; $65,000 annual base salary upon successful completion of six week sales training program and the achievement of two (2) account approvals in the field; First year “on target” earnings can reach $85,000, and top performers earn around $125,000 with unlimited earnings potential!

Required Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Sales and Marketing, or related fields are preferred).
  • Comfortable with technology and software applications
  • Sales Hunter Mentality: The position is built for someone who possesses a hunter mentality with a consultative style. Strong cold-calling and network development capabilities.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Mandarin, a plus!
